Adults with autism.
Everybody wants to belong. This is all that these adults are asking for. They are needing accommodations and help advocating. They are looking for jobs. This stakeholder is the entire topic of our project. These adults need help finding and keeping jobs. They feel unheard, misunderstood, and neglected. Our solution will provide job opportunities and support systems.
Bosses.
All bosses are looking for employees who are best equipped to get the needed job done. It's not that bosses don't want to hire adults with ASD, but more so not informed on the work that they are capable of doing. Being the boss of an adults with autism comes with extra challenges which could include late nights at work, patience, and extra time spent working with these individuals. Our solution gives bosses a chance to hire valuable workers and to advocate for them.
Co-workers.
When you sign up for a job, you also sign up to work with co-workers. Co-workers of adults with autism will more than likely have to guide and understand these individuals. Our solution creates an inclusion-based environment where workers can work alongside adults with ASD.
Parents.
There is nothing like the feeling of seeing your child succeed. When the parents of an adult with ASD get to see their child finally get a job, it is nothing short from life changing. Our solution will provide parents with the ease that their child is working in an inclusive environment where they can thrive.
Children.
When adults with ASD have children of their own, they need money to support them. With our solution, these adults will be able to not just work, but enjoy work all while making enough money to support their families.
Psychiatrists.
These are doctors that prescribe medications. They can also help these adults disclose their disability.
