Our Prototype.
After looking over our global issue, we decided on the prototype above. We knew that it wouldn't be feasible to ask all companies to make their workspaces suitable for adults with ASD, so we created our own company. The picture above summarizes (in a simplified way) how the company would work.
1. We would hire adults with ASD.
2. We would train them and teach them about themselves. This would include learning about their unique learning styles, workspaces that suit them, and their capabilities.
3. Major companies would send their work to us. These companies could include any business needing financing work or organizing to be done.
4. Us 3 (Hope, Chloe, and Adeline) would work to divvy up the jobs to our employees based on their strong suits. For example, an adult on the more social side could work on customer profiling- creating profiles for our customers finances. They would need to communicate with the customer and work out details. For someone on the other side of the spectrum (less social) could work independently from home. They could organize our companies files and create spreadsheets/charts for the financing work.

Our Solution.
As kids, we weren't able to create a working business like the one we explained above. But as we get older, this idea could be something we implement and take into action. In conclusion, our solution is a company called "Every Ability" where we would outsource jobs to adults with autism.
